I collect only what I need to quote, make, and ship your order.
Ray's Model Workshop is operated by Rays Model Workshop LLC.
What I collect
- Quote requests: your name, email, optional phone and city, project details, and any photos you upload.
- Orders: billing and shipping address and payment details, which are handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). I don't see or store your full card number.
- Website data: my website host collects basic technical logs (for example IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, make and ship your piece, send invoices, keep required business and tax records, and improve my service. I don't sell your information and I don't send marketing email unless you ask me to.
Who sees it
Only service providers needed to run the business, such as my website host and form service, payment processor, email provider, and shipping carriers. They only receive what they need to do their job.
Your photos
Photos you send are used to create your piece. I won't share your reference photos publicly. Photos of finished work are only posted as described in the Terms.
Keeping records
Order and tax records are kept as long as required for business and tax purposes. Quote requests that don't become orders may be deleted after a reasonable time. You can ask me to correct or delete your information at any time, except where I must keep it by law.
Children
This site isn't intended for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
